Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. COD is available all over Pakistan for orders up to Rs. 10,000. You pay the rider when the parcel arrives.
Why do you call or message me after I order?
To protect you from fake or wrong orders, our team confirms every COD order on WhatsApp or by phone before dispatch. Please reply to confirm so your order ships quickly.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 2–4 working days in major cities and 3–5 working days elsewhere in Pakistan. Remote areas may take a little longer.
How much is delivery?
Rs. 200 per order. Delivery is free on orders above Rs. 5,000.
Can I pay in advance?
Yes, where bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa is shown at checkout. Advance payment orders may receive an extra discount and are dispatched as a priority.
How can I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number and phone number, or message us on WhatsApp.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes. Eligible products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Please see our Returns & Exchanges policy.
What if my product arrives damaged or not working?
Contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a video of the problem. We will arrange a replacement or refund for defective, damaged or wrong items.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, before it is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number as soon as possible.
