Returns & Exchanges — Truetech.pk

Truetech.pk accepts eligible returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be new, unused, and in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return or exchange. Items showing signs of use, damage caused after delivery, missing accessories, or incomplete packaging may not be eligible.

Returns are handled by courier/mail. Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment and for any return shipping charges unless Truetech.pk confirms otherwise for a defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item.

Truetech.pk does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

After the returned product is received and approved, eligible refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Actual bank or payment-provider processing time may vary.

Exchanges are accepted for eligible products within the same 7-day period, subject to stock availability and product-condition requirements.

Please contact Truetech.pk support before sending any item back so the return or exchange can be reviewed and the correct return instructions can be provided.
